Item was listed as used with 'no major' flaws. As discussed, the agreed upon partial refund was the cost of the item ($25). Buyer also agreed to keep item so that there was no need to pay for shipping to return. Once the offer was sent, the buyer immediately declined and initially posted negative feedback. Seller again tried to resolve issue, but buyer would not respond. Buyer is now responsible for returning item for a refund.

I really like these shoes but they’re a lot larger than I expected. It says they’re size 36 and that’s what I normally wear. Maybe they’re just super wide??? BTW I packaged them in the same box u sent them in but it wouldn’t fit in a std home mailbox, nor would it fit in the navy blue street mailbox. Then I took them to P.O. They said they couldn’t accept them in that box. I’ll have to pack them in a mailing bag and put another mailing label on them. Please be patient.
