    The product is damaged and doesn't match the photo on the listing. The pin back is bent sideways, and the card is damaged and seemingly has slight water damage.

We have reached out to this buyer to offer any help they may need in opening a return through using our easy return process.     Undisclosed damage/ick/sticky mess/filfth. Buyer be ready to take lots of time to clean your purchase. Pin arrived covered in some kind of gunk that took over two hours to get completely cleaned off the pib. Seller only offered to refund AFTER we spent the time cleaning it, but refused any other solution.

    Buyer was repeatedly offered a free return label and refund in keeping with Ebay return policies. Buyer declined to return the item for a refund repeatedly.

    Pin arrived in very poor condition. It was covered in what looked like moldy spots. The cardboard had to be thrown out. I was able to get the pin cleaned up and sanitized. I wanted to get it cleaned up instead of returning because it was the only one listed at the time. The photos in the listing were stock images not images of the actual item. I asked the seller for a partial refund and they refused and said they would only take a return instead of giving me a more fair price for the item.
