  His original asking price was $45, "OR BEST OFFER". He and I went back and forth five times countering each other. Apparently he had a limit of 5 offers that I was unaware of. His last offer was $37 but I couldn't accept his offer because I had given my fifth counter offer, his $37 counter was his fifth. I tried to accept it but the system wouldn't allow me. I emailed him several times trying to take the $37. He ignored me. I bought the item for $45 on another email. I believe I'm owed $7 + tax!

  I think this seller has the eye for treasure. The items aren't cleaned up because he knows treasure is always found in its natural state and up to the finder to glean its most glorious state.
