    Item hasn't arrived. And hasn't moved since a "wrong" status tracking appeared. I send messages to the seller to check on my options and hasn't answered in 3 days, obviously Im trying to report Ebay for my refund, but the route to do so are useless without contact again the seller. Unless the boat transporting my pen sunk, where's my item? I need a trustworthy status of my parcel or my money back. Those are my options to you. Thanks.
