Since 1992, we are working towards the betterment of handloom & the weavers depending on Handloom sector especially lady spinner from small villages.

5% of each sale directly goes for the social development / development of the living standard of the poor weavers families. We maintain fair trade work culture in our manufacturing unit, and provide proper wages take care of the health issues & provide education to the children’s of weaver families.

    The cotton is very soft, but I had to dry out the skeins. They were clean, but had a humid feel to them. They air out well though. The spinning was fine. However, there are hard bits from not carding them as thoroughly as needed for fresh organic cotton. So there are hard bits. Some I can pick out and others I hope will wash out or soften with a good soak. Pretty good quality other than that.

    The yarn is lovely and it’s a great price. The shipping was so fast considering it came from India. They were great about answering my questions except the meters/kilo but it’s hand spun so maybe that is too much to ask. I can’t wait to weave with it!
