    Item description just said “new”. Sure it had tags, but there were also multiple unknown stains on the lower back hem. I got a quote from several cleaners in my area and the average was about $30 being that the stains are of an uncertain origin. I contacted the seller on several occasions suggesting a partial refund for that amount and I would gladly leave positive 5 star feedback. Unfortunately, that’s not what happened. Offering a refund for a return was not an option I would entertain
