It's no big deal the VCR still works, the only bad thing is the door does help keep dust out of the unit. I can't give a positive because cause I received damaged equipment. But I can't leave a negative either as all correspondence was prompt and the unit is packed well, the door just fell off. So I'll leave a neutral.
