    Received quickly (4 days after ordering). These were a decent value and comparable to other sellers. The condition was new, but the appearance was different from the photo (black TCL brand instead of blue Alcatel brand in the listing photo), but seller said there's little difference in quality. Seller was extremely responsive to questions and messages, and very helpful. We're still not having much better charging with them than our original Alcatel batteries, so we'll see. Seller gave us advice.

    vendor very honest. at first product did not work. ask for refund and vendor gave it. then found it was my mistake and offered to pay back vendor. He said just order product and they would not send it. but i did and they sent it all the same. gave up trying to give their money back. i.e. vendor very good
