    The item was purchased and the order confirmed, as well as getting a tracking email. Then it was cancelled and refunded with zero communication. I’m glad I was refunded, but I ended up having to call the bank to figure out what was going on because the seller didn’t message me or anything and I was concerned there was a problem on my end. A frustrating situation that could have been resolved with a simple message.
