    Seller sent me a damage item, obviously was not new as described in listing, seller didn’t provide me with any solution like offering a partial discount so I can get the zipper fixed, only solution seller offered was to go through the hassle of returning the product with a provided return label. Will be doing that, and I will open a return request. Bad experience overall. Not happy.
