  The buyer didn't need the box and only wanted the Zippo itself, so they intentionally damaged the box and falsely claimed it was already damaged in order to unfairly obtain a partial refund. When I refused the return request, the buyer became furious and left this feedback. This is clearly unfair and completely unacceptable.
