    Not as described. Solenoid JF-1039B described as 12V 400mA. This means the resistance is 30 ohms. The reality is that the resistance is 5.7ohms, so the solenoid draws 2.1A. If I add another 25ohms to the circuit so that the solenoid draws 400mA, then the solenoid does not work.
