This new switch looks very similar to the original, so it was easier to solder the wires to the right spots on this switch. I took a picture of how the original was wired beforehand, and used it as a reference. I also added a snubber. Be careful with tabs on the original mounting bracket. I had to add some small thin washers and used them as shims between the power switch and front panel when mounted.
