    It was an honest mistake. Same item different voltage was accidentally mixed in with other inventory. Buyer opened a return. I reached out to communicate immediately three days go by no response didn’t even send item back yet and left negative feedback without giving me the chance to make it right. Please always communicate and be understanding that occasionally mistakes happen.
