  Luckily it arrived in one piece. The box it was shipped in wasn’t damaged but the ornament was not secured inside the box. The ornament was OUTSIDE of its blue box it comes in. A miracle it didn’t break. No bubble wrap, no paper or cushion of any kind to protect it. The ornament is intact, I’m happy to have it but just wish more care had been taken in preparing it for shipping.

  Not fully accurate. Normally we ship in bubble mailer we packed this in box to help protect in shipping. Then we also included a swarovski store bag for some protection, because the triangle shape was harder to fit in box and bag together. We could have tape the triangle box to secure but did not as it would ruin the collectable box. We pay shipping so try to be resourceful on costs. Item made it safe but buyer still not happy unfortunately.
