    The shoes are either poorly made or the material is old and deterioted upon wear. These shoes were purchased for a 3 year old toddler's first day of pre-k which was on 09/24/25. The shoes were worn for only 3 school days and fell apart (see attached pics and videos). Please assist with a amicable resolution!! Thank you Cindy.
