    This iPad Air’s condition was as if I brought it from Apple themselves. So it was exactly as described! The appearance was excellent and after testing everything functional, speed, and sound, the quality was superb. I caught a great deal on this and I’m very pleased about it. I wish I could have added another year to the warranty which by the way a one year one was included, that would have been my only addition. Other than that I think I’ve found a seller for all my Apple needs! Thank you!

    Got a dud. It happens. Item looked good, cosmetically, but had the dreaded E9 error code that indicates a bad sensor, so the condenser wouldn't ever kick on. Seller was responsive with initial contact and offered exchange or refund. I elected exchange and returned item with seller's RMA label. A week or so went by and after a couple messages asking about the status of the RMA, seller elected to just refund instead.
