  The item description wasn’t clear enough if it was the larger size or smaller size. However, in the picture of the open manual it showed the luggage type handle of the bigger size and not the telescope handle of the smaller size. When I received it it was the smaller one! I chose the wrong return reason and now I’m not getting the shipping $16.46 refunded, despite being told to message the seller directly about it. They won’t return my messages and are a rip off!

  The seller finally responded and said that it was automatically charged by eBay and they would fix it… fingers crossed!
