    My item was to be delivered between August 2-6. Today is August 8 and still not delivered. Tracking information not updated since August 5. I contacted seller and eBay but have not heard anything

    So sorry you are upset USPS has not delivered your item yet. Ebay has directed me to contact you by August 12 to deliver the item. We shipped same day as the order. If not delivered by August 12 we will definitely issue a full refund. Please be patient a little longer.
