  Item said new inbox it didn’t seem like the box had been opened before however the toy looked new. The toy did not work when we added the batteries it made noise, but would not go around the contacted the seller they offered it four-way fund and I could return the item. We decided to keep it because the box had been torn up and I didn’t think it would be fair to send it back. My grandson still likes the toy even though it doesn’t go around. Good seller I still give a positive review
