  I tied to work with seller but he did not respond to my request. Sending a return envelop is a problem. Price of item sold is too expensive no proper description. Selling casing fo the pice of the item

  I received the cordless trimmer reasonably quickly, but the package contained NO BATTERY! Also, the "charger" has no DC voltage output and appears to be a hollow plastic box. I have WASTED nearly ONE MONTH messaging back&forth with the seller, and now seem to be getting the same "cycle" of responses from the seller that either they don't read my messages, or don't understand the simple English they were written in! It has been a TERRIBLE, drawn-out fruitless experience overall, and a WASTED $32
