    buyer had the record 30 days and kept saying he thought it should be better as he played it a dozen times, We disagreed as its rated correctly and then because he said he will keep it if we send him additional refund. we disagreed and he replied he wants to return it but never sent it back and never filed the return with ebay. waited well over 40 days and got nothing untill this feedback
