Hitches & Things is a small business located in Washington State. We custom design and fabricate a plethora of different types of metal art, hitch covers, family monograms, signs, business signs, wall hangings, etc. I am a veteran of the US Coast Guard and donate a percentage of each sale on specific items to different organizations and charities.     Seller didn’t ship product, didn’t respond to chats, and finally shipped after I contact eBay regarding this. Install received the item 6 weeks after initially ordering. I asked the seller to provide a discount or free shipping given this experience and they never responded to my request…. Again. Therefore, I feel negative feedback is justified. This seller has horrible communication.
