There's nothing to improve on for a pack fresh note. Beware of sellers proclaiming "trophy note", pack fresh etc.. Ebay does not offer 3rd party reviews like auction houses.
Obviously you won't get an independent review if any auction company is selling out of their own inventory. No auction company gives you a return policy except ebay. Stacks&Bowers and Heritage auctions neither offer a reliable return policy especially when they sell a note out of their own inventory. At least with ebay you always have a return option after personal inspection and this is VERY important because no degree of picture quality will show every problem a note may have. None! Unless you can visit an auction in person for a face-up inspection you have no reason to trust the pictures auction houses provide. An item can only be original once.Try and collect uncirculated notes and you will be in a class of your own.There are approximately 50 processed notes for every uncirculated one. AVOID PROCESSED NOTES!!
