    Unfortunately, the model of the phone received was not the same as advertised. The listing advertised a phone with multiparty platform firmware, however the model received included the enterprise firmware. The part number advertised was CP-7841-3PCC-K9= but the model received was CP-7841-K9=. These are two different items; very unfortunate. To the seller's credit, they promptly provided a return address label and promised a refund.
