  It it in excellent condition and thoughtfully packed the workmate handles and doghole stops where removed and stored in a plastic bag to protect the handles from damage and the doghole from getting lost. But DHL where terrible the first attemp to deliver said I wasn't in. My flat has a front desk to collect parcels all of the time of the so so called attempt 5.0pm when they promised delivery at 14.40 to 15.40 the second attemp was scheduled for 11.40 am to 1240pm arrived at 5.0 pm.Two days wa

  Corresponded with James before ordering and he offered a small discount on the total price because of the high cost of delivery to Liverpool. Workmate arrived before the expected time by courier in suitable packaging. The workmate has many new parts which were not described in the advert. Although expensive compared with a current model it is much better quality than those offered new by B&D.
