    Gave a neutral rating only because i received a refund. I was very patient with seller not shipping item on time with them giving excuses as to why. I was forgiving. They said item fell out their car and they were sorry and i could pick something else. Later they said they actually shipped the item i purchased but what came was not what i purchased. I purchased a XL and received an XS. I’ve reached out to seller and they refuse to reply now.

    im very sorry you are dissatisfied but i have truly tried to respond to all messages an issued the refund right away without waiting the recieve package. if their is something else i can do i am more than happy to do so. i am truly sorry if you feel like you were given excuses maybe it would have been better not to respond
