The item was in very good condition; however, it did not meet the comfort and safety expectations for which it is intended. Unfortunately, the seller was displeased with the return and responded unprofessionally, making inappropriate assumptions about my body shape. I initially attempted to return the item using the provided shipping label, but it contained an incorrect return address. As a result, the item was returned to me, and I am now working to resend it to the correct address.

The item was accurately described in the listing for its intended purpose and fitment. The return reason of "does not fit" was incorrect which is what prompted the questions we asked and triggered the inaccurately addressed automatic label provided by EBAY. The correct reason should be "did not like". We should not be held liable for shipping costs as we did nothing wrong. The matter has been resolved as we have refunded your cost of the item and you can keep it or dispose of it as you see fit.
