    Absolutely horrible experience. Seller sent a used, broken old printer for £1859.99 which is not worth the value and loads of errors – totally misrepresented the item. Appearance also looks very old. Printer quality was horrible. After I returned it, they fakely refunded only half and caused weeks of stress by saying i printed and used it extensively falsely. Thankfully, eBay helped me recover the rest. This is the worst seller I’ve dealt with. Avoid at all costs. DO NOT BUY!

    Thank you for the review. You purchased this machine and used the full ribbon / film costing £350. You then returned the machine you had been in, tie wrapped the side of the duplex unit. You did not return the cards, adapter, software or the output hopper which costs £360. If eBay allowed us not to refund AT ALL then we would have. In this case - EBay ruled in our favour but provided you the money back. More than likely due to your account being brand new. They won't a second time.
