    The items arrived in new condition. These ram mounts are made in America and great quality. The price was excellent for these and they look great. The only gripe that I have is that the shipping was terrible. It took twice as long to get them and this was the second time I had to order them. The first order got lost. When I received this order, I noticed that my city, state, and zip code were not on the shipping label. That's probably why the first one got lost in the mail.
