    Overall - good deal. Took about 2.5 weeks to ship it out. Possibly the laptop was ordered from overseas. The specs were a bit lower than advertised. Came to an acceptable resolution with the seller. Laptop was slightly used, not exactly an open box, but close enough. SSD drives registered about 550hrs and 230 startup cycles, OS installed in a way that it didn't work out of the box. Other than that it looked brand new. Hard to find a better deal, so despite all complications I would buy again.

    I bought this laptop and it turned out to have a locked BIOS with a password, which they never mentioned in the listing. If they had said that, I simply wouldn’t have bought it. They didn’t provide the password and now I’m stuck with a laptop limited by something I wasn’t told about. The packaging and shipping were fine, but this is not fair. I hope they understand they should disclose this kind of issue before selling.
