I have not received a response since 2.08. The boxes of the shipment are without signs of impact, the mirrors were perfectly packed with foil and sealed. There is no way they could be damaged during transport. I am attaching photos, . Thank you

The holes are punched out leaving large burrs, plus the finish was thin and chipping. So, after bending, sanding down and refinishing, the brackets. Rest of the product was good. Just know you’re potentially going into the install with a bit of extra effort.
