I was able to fix this with an O-ring around the neck of the silicone in the provided groove. but for the price I should not have to do this. also the sellers communication is horrible. She blocked me from other auctions because I retracted my bid when I entered the wrong amount - different auction. Clearly I will not be buying from this person again. This customer bought this item and yes they did start bidding on auctions then days later they retracted their bids causing the auctions to need to be cancelled. This item was not defective, this customer told me to send them a feedback revision request and a 50% off store coupon and they would take it back! I replied no way will I ever allow anyone to extort me, reported them to eBay and it’s time to get back to work to the 99.99% of my good customers that need me! TY
