    Thank you for a partial refund. It’s unfortunate that stock photos are used to demonstrate that it is new and it looks like the photo itself — when it does not. As a buyer, I want to buy the item in the picture, not a new returned item that clearly someone had assembled a portion of the item. Plus “new” would be clean, as the picture demonstrates. Not as described.
