A little history…
We live in Lake Elsinore, California. The town was founded in 1888 on the shores of the lake. The town’s namesake comes from William Shakespeare's play, Hamlet. Elsinore was the name given in the play to Kronborg, a castle and stronghold in the town of Helsingør, Denmark. Hence, the castle logo.
Lake Elsinore also has its own castle called Aimee's Castle (Aimee Semple McPherson) built in 1929 on some hills overlooking the city.
