    Seller did not disclose information that the item had missing and broken petals on the figurine. I pointed this out to her and sent pictures to her. I wanted a partial refund refund for the damage because I am disabled. I called eBay and spoke to an agent and she said in this case a partial refund would be in order.Seller wants the item back so she can resell it as is and try to get more money back for the item. It’s too much of a hassle for me. She will not give me a partial refund.
