  Placed an order and didn’t realize I had our old address until usps tracking said unable to deliver. I messaged the seller explained the situation and placed an order for another to the correct address instead of waiting for it to go all the way back and a few minutes later got a notification that my second order was canceled and a message saying I’m being placed on a blocked buyers list. I still have not received a refund or a response from the seller since. Have asked for updates a few times

  I give the refund when I get the item back and you don't get to keep buying things until that happens. This should be easy to understand.
