  Seller "galaxyshop14" (aka "GalaxyBeautySupple"; aka "Mariposa Beauty Supply") KNOWINGLY shipped an item definitely NOT the item described (ie, NOT an OWCTB3DK13PSG) explicitly in the eBay listing title and description. I made offer on iPad mini & Seller's photos were poorly exposes, or out of focus and did NOT include a name plate photo. I became suspicious that the item was actually much lower value 14-port dock.   I did not receive the full order. An item was missing. It took me multiple messages to get this straightened out. So far I have not received a refund. They did not even offer to send the missing item which I would have preferred over a refund. No apology offered either. Disappointed in the lack of customer service.
