Although the shipment was slightly delayed due to an outage, I still received the package promptly. Items were individually wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in a well-sized box. I understand that the listing was for parts or repairs, but it would have been nice to know about the missing screws. Overall, still satisfied with my purchase.
