    I issued you the refund under a week from your purchase date and explained in the refund message that there had been an error had caused only 5 dollars to be charged for shipping. Had I shipped these, I would have spent more on shipping than you paid for the drives. I said this in the return I issued. Ebay wouldn't have issued a return within a week of purchase.

    The item was in good/slightly used condition. Listed as "New in original packaging," but the power supply was not the correct one and the unit had some scratches like it had been lightly used, but it was a very good deal. Seller did not respond to my message asking when the item would ship, which was asked days after purchase.

    Item in good condition and well packed for shipping. The larger issue was I ordered on May 14 and didnt receive it till May 27 due to delays both with the seller and minorly from the shipper. The experience was good but not great, but the seller did communicate.

    I would like to sincerely apologize again for the delay in shipping your order. I sincerely appreciate your business and value you as a customer. DM me for a coupon. The main cause of the delay was that I got USPS Ground shipping; however, I packaged it in a Priority box. When I tried to mail it, USPS refused to accept it for delivery. It was then necessary to unpack and repackage the item in the correct type of box and return it to the Post office, which is part of what caused the delay.
