We ship orders EVERY DAY Mon-Fri, we often ship on Saturdays as well, we often ship orders multiple times per day if we get a lot of orders in.

UPDATE: 2 day handling time is now listed on all items - nothing has changed with our process or shipping time, we still ship every day Mon-Fri. If we finish packing and ship orders out at 10am one day and an order is placed at 10:15 am, we may finish packing and ship at 10:30am the following day. eBay will now charge extra fees and mark defects on accounts for being at the 24.5 hours mark (this time window currently applies to 3.8% of our orders, all counted as being shipped AFTER one day.. as a result we have currently lost our "top rated" status and are being charged a lot of money in extra fees, despite providing receipts for every single transaction showing they were ALL in the carrier's possession within one day of the order.) We still ship ALL ORDERS once per day, every day Mon-Fri, no matter what.

    I was so happy to make this purchase... then my heart sank when it arrived. FEDEX, like the U.S. postal service, has lost professionalism when transporting fragile items. This wonderful neon sign arrived damaged. That said, the seller was FANTASTIC in communicating and finding a resolution for both parties. Extremely rapid in responding to the damaged sign and issuing a refund. This neon sign would have been a beautiful addition; the color was so captivating! Would highly recommend Seller!
