It wouldn’t move across scanning glass. It would not scan and copy anything that I tried. However, Instead of just returning the printer, I tried a couple of times to bang the printer to get the scanner bar back in alignment. On the second attempt I was able to move the bar back into alignment. When I tried to copy a document it went smooth. I tried another copy and it worked. All is well.
