  Winches were in great condition. Either they had been lightly used or recently serviced. Awesome value. As described or better. Installed them the day after arrival and they work great. The packaging was a little underwhelming and they had all kinds of styrofoam in the gears by the time they made it across the country. Maybe consider individual boxes with larger peanuts? Not a problem, just a thought.

  Thank you so much for your awesome review. We really try to be very clear and honest in our descriptions. Appreciate your feedback on the packaging. One, we had some foam that we don't usually use, and I will keep in mind your experience if we have it in the future. Secondly, enough items have disappeared in shipping, never to be seen again, that we debate the ship together or don't all the time. We are so afraid one will arrive and the other vanish.
