Flamingann was created by my son after seeing my true love of these magnificent birds. I loved collecting all things flamingo and all of the various finds - new and preowned - are part of my various collections.

    Ad says like new but there were 6 stains and ink marks inside the bag. Seller did message and say she noticed an ink mark prior to shipping to which I said I still wanted, but when I received it had 6 different stains. Item was shipped smashed flat and left a big dent / crease in the leather. The box was too small for the bag so it was smooshed into it. The structured leather area was crushed.

    OMG! When I messaged you with the only 2 ink marks I saw i was shocked to see even those marks. I feel awful about the condition of the bag you received. I didn't have a box large enough and am always careful about packaging. I sent someone to the post office for me to mail the bag and get a larger box. I was told the postal worker found a larger box but not told the bag didn't fit. How can I make this better?
