    Excellent communication but the product ordered did not match the photographs and was damaged. There was a big hole and cracks in the center of the product as well as broken pieces that had been clearly glued back together on the back. The seller claims it was due to UPS shipping yet no there's damage to the box. To the sellers credit, they offered a full refund but all frustrating. As an aside, I've never left a negative review or had a bad eBay experience until this one.
