Sensor is the wrong resistance for my 1999 7.3L Powerstroke. The "cold" (room temperature) measurement of this is 30.6K ohms. I didn't even install it as I had previously purchased a non-motorcraft sensor from O'Reilly and installed it and it didn't work. It read 25.5K cold and 2.75K in a pan of boiling water.
I then purchased a Motorcraft sensor, which reads 2.3K cold and 87 ohms in boiling water. Worked! Note: the others even in boiling water are higher resistance then Motorcraft cold.
