We remanufacture our equipment after it sells, and unfortunately have the occasional issue. While remanufacturing, we discovered defective parts that cost more than what we sold the machine for. We attempted to search for the parts through other sources, but came up empty. The customer paid July 11th, and a full refund was sent on July 29th. We have screenshots which confirm. We offered a $300 store credit as a way of saying sorry, but the customer declined.
