I am sure his item was as good as advertised, packaged well and shipped appropriately. When I cancelled the order, he quickly gave me my refund and accepted the retuned item. My complaint is only with the Ebay purchasing process. I pressed buy after a message of free delivery, with a vague added fee alert, no specifics. Why didn t Ebay honestly and clearly put the 20% tariff in the final purchase price?
