I bought, said didn't have much time, he said he would ship in a few days from Texas, uploaded a USPS tracking number the next day, asked me to be patient, I waited, 7 days after buying I contacted him, and he said had already sent the package on the first day, that they had possibly lost it, he would send me a new one but he couldn't confirm when, then said he wouldn't send me anything since he had sent it before and he would give me my money back. He doesn't have stock in USA ships from China

Shine on delivery. Checked with post office on tracking #. Item was never sent to them. Seller was notified that nothing was moving at the usps but I was told to wait 2 more weeks. After the two week wait EBay said they would not guarantee a refund. Pending refund now from seller. I believe the seller is just using the buyers money for as long as they can.
