  I had the dreaded extremely loud static coming from my radio when the unit got hot.   The buzzing/hissing coming from the system was horrible! I was hesitant to give John a try, but was convinced by a friend I should make the plunge as the alternative was unthinkable--purchasing a new system. John was extremely communicative, and long story short, my navigation system works like new! John literally returned it to me fixed within days, and that was across the country!
